Is there any free parking available ?
Yes there's a small parking lot for the restaurant just east of the restaurant and also street parking on the west side and on the south as well.
Do you have the private room which carry around 25 people ?
Some big tables are there, even though there are no private rooms. Try to stay away from the fish tank corridor where staff ferry their dishes between kitchen and tables.
